Terms and Conditions for Devonshire House and Laburnum Cottage

· RATES are subject to availability and may be liable to change

· PROMOTIONS may have special terms and exclusions

· DEPOSIT or pre payment if required, will be taken, at the time of booking, in accordance with the terms and conditions relayed by the agent/website.

· GUARANTEED bookings require a valid credit/debit card to be given at the time of booking.

· WRITTEN CONFIRMATION will be made where time and circumstance allow

· COT AND HIGHCHAIR is available and should be requested at time of booking.

· ARRIVAL TIME is between 5pm and 7pm, if you plan on arriving outside of those hours you must let us know 24 hours before, so that we can organise an alternative check in for you.

· PARKING is free on street, we also have a free secure courtyard, which is gated and to which we hold the key, therefore it is suited to those who do not require their car during their stay. Laburnum Cottage guests have one dedicated parking place in the courtyard.

· COURTYARD PARKING is on a first come first served basis for Devonshire House guests.

· SMOKERS need to smoke outside as we are a non smoking house.

· BREAKFAST included in the rate at the B&B is a continental buffet. A Full English breakfast is available most mornings for a supplement. Laburnum Cottage is self catering.

· PAYMENT (where no deposit or prepayment is required) will be requested upon departure. It can be made by cash, cheque or credit card, although credit card payments are subject to a 5% additional charge

· CHECK OUT TIME is 10 am on day of departure

· CANCELLATIONS made inside of 14 days, where we are unable to re-let your room/s, will be liable to a one night charge. Thirty days for Laburnum cottage, unless stated otherwise in the written confirmation.

· TRAVEL INSURANCE is advised to cover any costs associated with having to cancel your stay

· LIABILITY Devonshire House, its employees and agents do not accept third party liability in respect of breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise. We cannot in any circumstances accept liability for any personal injury, loss of life, damage, loss or accident to personal property.

· CONDUCT If we feel that your conduct is not in the best interests of our other guests and our home, we reserve the right to terminate your stay with us, with appropriate charges.

In making a reservation with Devonshire House or Laburnum Cottage, you agree to the above Terms and Condition, unless a specific variance is agreed in writing at the time of booking..
