SHOWER ROOM:  Electric shower, with sink and shaver point.

LOUNGE:  Sofa bed, remote control colour TV, VHS Video with a selection of videos;   Selection of games available.

SPIRAL STAIRCASE up to Galleried Bedroom Area with double bed, separate toilet and sink.

PATIO AREA:  with seating for 4 by the covered pond and waterfall

CHILDREN'S FACILITIES:  high chair, baby bath, cot available on request
